I have visited Chicago twice; once for a very short stint back in high school, no pictures
from which are really worth showing, and then on our stopover during our 2007 cross-country trip.
We stayed with my friend Wes from high school, who is still living and teaching there. He was never
completely happy in Pennsylvania, where we grew up together, nor in California, where he lived
during college, but seems to have found contentment with the city of Chicago, and I understand why.
It is a good, real city I would love to explore more some day.
